Except as required by applicable law, N5 has no obligation to provide a refund or credit for reasons including, without limitation, that You: (a) changed Your mind about a Product; (b) purchased a Subscription by mistake; (c) lack the expertise to use the Product; (d) no longer need the Product; or (e) have engaged in activity that N5 deems suspicious or fraudulent.
